As a visiting architect from Istanbul is shown around Rotterdam by a local architect, their shared passion for architecture grows into something personal until differences in freedom, identity, and the idea of home quietly begin to pull them apart. ​
​
The story for Not Built to Last was awarded a production grant by the 2025 Roze Filmdagen Fiction Film Competition. The film is now in production and set to premiere in early 2026.
